If you need to add freight or some other line item based on the value of a quote you can do this by:
- Adding an item to a quote
- Selecting the menu button for that item
- Selecting 'Calculate Price Based on Percentage'
This will take the total value of the quote, apply the percentage and put the result in that line item. You can recalculate multiple times and the value will be overwritten.
This means you can add an item to a quote template for something like freight, then when you have populated the other items, calculate it.
