There can be three sets of totals in your document - those for sections, those for the whole document, and those split by section styles.
If your document only contains one section the system will automatically remove it on rendering to avoid having the section totals next to the grand totals when their numbers are identical.
To prevent these totals from being deleted if only one section is present, add the tag "{KeepSectionTotals}" to the table.
