So that your clients see only your branding when they view your quotes or submit a ticket, you can set up your own branding on these pages and using your URL.
For example, instead of seeing:

This also applies to the tickets.
To set up the colours and logos:
- Go to the Cog
- Select Business Settings
- Click on Branding, Colours and Logo
- Upload your logo to the 'Company Logo for Screen'
- Change the theme color to match your brand
- Add your URL and
- Add you favicon
- Click on 'Save Settings'
Setting up your DNS for Quotations
By default, the site address is:
customer.zigaflow.com
If your company address is www.specialwidgets.com you could use:
customer.specialwidgets.com
or
portal.specialwidgets.com
Or whatever you prefer.
To set this up you need to add a DNS record. If you don't manage your DNS, request to whoever does that they create a CNAME entry for the URL you want to use (i.e. portal.specialwidget.com) that points to customer.zigaflow.com.
Add the URL as detailed in the section above.
It often takes a few hours for the changes to propagate across the web and then the SSL certificate to be correctly generated by Zigaflow.
Setting up your DNS for Tickets
This is the same as above, but set up from:
Configure -> Tickets -> Branding & Custom URL
This will need to be a different URL to your quotations, for example, tickets.mybusiness.com.
It often takes a few hours for the changes to propagate across the web and then the SSL certificate to be correctly generated by Zigaflow.
