Booking in from a Purchase Order (PO)

When a purchase order's orders status is not draft or canceled the 'Receive' button is visible:

You can book all the order in or just some items.

Part Booking in

Add the delivery note number and select the stock location to place it:

Click on 'Add Delivered Quantities' and then click on the items that have been delivered to put them into the stock locations:

In this case, I want to book in the first item, so click on 'Add':

Click on 'Save Changes' to complete the transaction.

The columns for Received and Remaining are updated on the PO:

Book in All Items

This is the same as above except that the initial screen just lets you select the location and put in the delivery note number:

Create a Delivery Note/Booking Out

When you create the delivery note, the system will default to the allocated location and quantity when you click on the pick button 

The items are not removed from stock until you change the status of the delivery note to Picked or Delivered.

Booking out Serial-Numbered Products

When you book out an item that has a serial number the system will list all the occurrences of that item so you can select the correct serial number:

When you are ready to book the items out select the 'Picked' or 'Delivered' from the top of the delivery note. At this point the items are booked out of stock:

You can reverse this by selecting the 'Draft' status:
