Get emails sent to your inbox of calls you need to make or emails you need to send, every day, weekday or week. This means you don't need to be logged into the system to be reminded.
Set-up
- Click on the Cog at the top right
- Select Reminder Settings
- Select CRM
Click on New Reminder and complete the following:
When you have saved your settings (and made sure that 'Activated' is ticked) you can trigger a test email from the fire button.
Clicking on the customer link in the email will take you to the event directly.
